School management system

Our school management system provides the parents, students, staff, and management a complete view of the classroom planning, academic progress, and student performance to name a few rights at your desktop. It is also integrated with an SMS system that sends real-time alerts to parents on events like absenteeism, bus timings/delays, marks/performance, and fee payment reminders.

Audio/Visual Room

The audio-visual room is extensively used by the faculty and the students to make presentations. To ensure long-term retention of what is taught, the school uses PowerPoint presentations to hone student skills and encourage student-teacher interactions. The room is equipped with OHP, TV, and Video/Audio cassettes on a wide range of topics.

Classrooms

Each classroom houses a large area and is designed such that every student gets the teacher’s maximum individual attention. There are 40 classrooms for regular teaching and a number of other rooms like the Audio-Visual rooms and Resource rooms to facilitate better learning. Well-ventilated with huge windows, they offer the right atmosphere for learning. The strength of each class is kept at a manageable level and the comfortable furniture adds to the ambiance of the classroom.

Computer Education

Computer education is an integral part of the curriculum at St. Domnic’s Group of schools. The state-of-the-art computer laboratory with a required number of systems is very popular with the students. Students are trained to learn the latest software applications and programming languages. The school offers computer education from Grade I to Grade X. The highly qualified teachers impart the knowledge of computers and fully equip the students for the challenges of the computer age.

Proportionate Student Teacher Ratio

The student-teacher ratio is the number of students that are assigned to each teacher in a classroom. The ratio is typically expressed as the number of students per teacher, such as 20:1 for 20 students for every 1 teacher. This ratio is important because it can affect the quality of education that students receive.

After School Clubs, Language Clubs

A after-school club is an extracurricular activity that students participate in after school. These clubs can cover a wide range of interests and subjects, such as sports, music, art, science, technology, and more. The aim of language clubs is to teach and practice a specific language after school. Students can gain valuable experience in after-school clubs, including language clubs, as well as make new friends and discover new interests outside of the regular school day.

Technology Enabled Classroom

The goal of a technology-enabled classroom is to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that can support a variety of teaching styles and approaches. By using technology, teachers can provide students with access to a wider range of learning materials and resources, and can also facilitate collaboration and communication among students.

Field Trips & Educational Trips

Schools or other educational institutions organize field trips and educational excursions so students can gain hands-on experience outside the classroom. Visits to local attractions like museums, zoos, or historical sites can be part of field trips, while educational trips may involve trips abroad to learn about other cultures and ways of life. A field trip can assist students in seeing concepts and ideas in a real-world context, as well as developing social skills and learning teamwork and cooperation.

Domnics Sports Academy

Dominic’s sports academy focuses on providing students with specialized training and instruction in one or more sports. We may offer programs for students of different ages and skill levels and may focus on a particular sport or a range of sports. The goal of our sports academy is to help students develop their athletic abilities and to prepare them for careers in sports, whether as professional athletes or as coaches, trainers, or other sports professionals.

Live Demonstration of the Concepts

A live demonstration is a way of showing or explaining a concept, idea, or skill by performing it in real time. Students can better understand how to apply a concept in real-world situations if they see a live demonstration that illustrates it clearly.

Regular Behavioral Counseling
