  • Pre-primary class admissions are available year-round, subject to seat availability for the specific grade.
  • The availability of seats will impact admissions to pre-primary classes at the school.

K1 (Nursery) K2 (Jr. K.G) K3 (Sr. K.G)

Age group: 3 yrs and above, 4 yrs and above, 5 yrs and above, respectively

Admission is made on a first-come, first-serve basis

Admission Process

For Kindergarten:

  1. Parents are required to purchase an application from the school office.
  2. Once the application is purchased, parents must register their child’s application.
  3. The parents and child must meet with the school counselor.
  4. Parents are then invited to have an informal interaction with the Principal.
  5. The first installment or first month’s fee must be paid within 15 days of receiving confirmation of admission.
  6. The remaining payment must be made as per the instructions provided by the school office or in the school diary.

For class I – X

 I – V

Age group: 6 yrs – 11 yrs

VI – X

Age group: 11yrs-14yrs

  1. Parents must purchase a prospectus from the school office.
  2. After purchasing the prospectus, parents must register their child’s application.
  3. An entrance test must be taken in English, Math, and Science. Entrance exams are only conducted on Saturdays between 9 am and 11 am.
  4. Parents and their children must meet with the school counselor.
  5. Parents are invited to have an informal interaction with the Principal.
  6. The first installment or first month’s fee must be paid within 15 days of receiving confirmation of admission.
  7. The remaining payment must be made as per the instructions provided by the school office or in the school diary.

Withdrawal policy – (Download TC application)

  1. Parents are requested to kindly submit a written application to the school office before the due date for school fees. 
  2. The Transfer Certificate form, which is available [here (downloadable)] or from the school office, must be filled out and signed by both parents as they did at the time of admission. 
  3. If you are a single parent or have any legal case pending or a decree, please submit relevant documents as they are mandatory. 
  4. The school leaving certificate will not be processed without the appropriate documents. 
  5. Please note that the Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all dues have been cleared by the school’s policies.
  6. The processing of the Transfer Certificate requires certification of the Transfer Certificate Form as ‘No Dues’ by the Class Teacher, Library, Accounts Office, and Administration Department. Once certified, the Transfer Certificate will be produced within 10 working days by the school office.
  7. In case a parent applies for withdrawal of admission after the due date of school fees, they will be required to pay the respective installment along with a late fee, if applicable. The withdrawal application will be taken for further processing only after the payment of fees and late fees.
  8. Please note that if you apply for withdrawal after paying the school fees and your child has attended the school for even one day during the quarter, there will be no refund of fees.
